Thermadvice prepared technical design of HVAC, Energy Efficiency and the Gas parts of the project
- The heating of the building is achieved by heat pump water system unit, 2 pipe system, powered by gas condensing boilers.
- For heating, aluminum glider radiators are planned for the rooms and pipe lyres for bathrooms and toilets.
- The heating of the spa center and the pool water will be achieved by highly efficient heat pumps.
- Individual A/C system on direct evaporation with ecofriendly refrigerant is planned for each apartment.
- A VRF inverter multi-system is planned for heating and cooling of the lobby, reception and fitness located on the ground floor.
- The air conditioning ensures the year standard temperature in the premises.
- The system includes a complete factory-installed control system and automatic control.
- The ventilation of the gym is carried out by mechanical ventilation with a recuperation unit, providing the necessary amount of fresh air.
- Anti-Fog Ventilation Modules are planned for the pool on the ground level.
- An emergency ventilation system is planned for the stairwells and elevator shafts, installation for exhaust air removal in the underground levels is planned.
- The building has energy class A, as the materials used ensure comfort and save energy.
- The underground level is completely waterproof with external insulation membrane highest class, the facade is thermally insulated with highly efficient mineral wool, under the flooring of all apartments and in the walls between them, stone wool insulation is laid.
- Each apartment is gasified, with a completed pipe network for radiators; the piping for air conditioners is laid, which is not visible.
- The outdoor units are installed in the designated places on the facade not to disturb the architectural design of the building. The temperature is set by remote control and each indoor unit is equipped with it.
- The area of ”PARADISE PLACE” is over 12,000 sq.m. From an architectural point of view only few projects have investor who claims in the assignment that he does not want the maximum TBA at any cost and requires more distances between buildings and the street greater than it is required thus the complex becomes green and spacious!

- Heating, cooling and ventilation of the Production Building is achieved with HOVAL warm air heating units which work on recirculation and others working 100% outside air.
- Each unit is provided with an independent outdoor VRF unit, two-pipe execution, direct evaporation, with refrigerant with good ecological indicators.
- For all production areas a natural Smoke and Heat Extraction Ventilation System is designed.
- In the storage for hazardous materials, emergency ventilation with 8-times air exchange is provided, consisting of of Ex fans installed outside the storage for hazardous materials together with exhaust air duct.
- For heating and cooling of the service rooms in the production building, an independent VRF inverter multisystem, three-pipe execution on direct evaporation, with refrigerant is designed consisting of indoor units, a distribution box and outdoor units.
- For heating and cooling of the Office building, a VRF inverter multi-system, three-pipe execution on direct evaporation with a refrigerant, consisting of indoor units and an outdoor unit, is planned.
- Electric convector radiators for heating of all sanitary and domestic rooms.
- In the office part, separate general exchange ventilations are provided, sized according to sanitary hygiene standards and the necessary amount of fresh air.
- In order to ensure the necessary amount of fresh air, ventilation installations are designed consisting of monobloc-type air-conditioning units for outdoor installation, operating with a refrigerant.
- The sanitary premises are provided with exhaust ventilation with the required flow rate according to the sanitary hygiene norms.

High energy efficiency of the building is achieved, providing highly efficient installations, renewable energy sources, materials with good thermal insulation characteristics.

- The enterprise is considered in two separate volumes due to technical purpose – production and administration.
- For heating and cooling of the administration, 3 independent VRV inverter multi-systems are designed, two-pipe system with direct refrigerant evaporation, consists of cassette-type indoor units for installation in suspended ceilings and outdoor units located on the roof of the building above the administrative-domestic sector.
- For heating and cooling of the production, 6 independent VRV inverter multi-systems are used, two-pipe system with direct evaporation of refrigerant, consists of indoor units – high-pressure duct machines and cassette type for installation in suspended ceiling and outdoor units connected in a cascade system.
- Ventilation is carried out through general exchange supply and exhaust ventilation systems, sized according to the air density, the amount of thrown harmful substances and the required amount of fresh air for the people.
- Several types of ventilation installations are planned according to the purpose, the temperature regime and the location of the rooms.
TVT WAREHOUSE WITH OFFICES, PLOVDIV

- Air conditioning of the building is provided by а central VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system maintaining suitable microclimate parameters in each working room, high reliability and extremely high seasonal transformation coefficients, operation in extreme conditions – operating temperature range from -25° to +46°.
- The indoor units are for concealed ceiling suspension installation with minimum noise level of -23dB.
- Fresh air ventilation is provided by high-efficiency recuperative units with direct evaporation section, complying with all Class A Building requirements.
- The entire air conditioning and ventilation installation can be controlled both by individual controllers in each room and by a central Wi -Fi controller via app.
PRODUCTION BUILDING FOR PRINTING, LAMINATION AND ASSEMBLY OF FLEXIBLE PACKAGING
Thermadvice designed part HVAC and Energy Efficiency part for Stage 1 of the project
- Modern energy-efficient installations for the high-tech production building are designed.
- The air conditioning is achieved by highly efficient individual Hoval TopVent hot air units with outdoor VRF heat pumps.
- The energy-efficient system is integrated into the Production area in winter mode the system uses a big part of the warm air thrown from the technological equipment, recuperates it and extracts it over the roof.
- The fresh air goes through the filter section, the recuperator and becomes make-up air and is pumped into the room.
- In summer mode, the recuperator is equipped with a bypass and the warm air from the technological equipment is extracted over the roof of the building.
- For the zone “Flexible Packaging Printing Inks”, innovative technology takes care of heating and cooling, through ATEX hot-air units with independent external VRF to cover heating and cooling loads in two-pipe mode on direct-evaporation, refrigerant and 100% fresh air.
